Wist je dat de grote kracht van Biodanza ligt in het feit dat er geluksstofjes worden aangemaakt tijdens de wekelijkse les. In deze wekelijkse Biodanza les zit heel veel verscholen kracht. Al deze neurotransmitters en hormonen scharen we onder de noemer Biodanza geluksstofjes.
Biologische factoren in het dagelijks leven.
Ons lichaam staat iedere dag onder invloed van vele factoren. En allemaal hebben ze gedurende dag verschillende stromen. De stroom van informatie die we iedere dag te verstouwen hebben. Echter aan het verwerken komen we gezien de grote invloed van informatie niet genoeg aan toe. Het is zelfs zo, dat we op veel informatie meteen moeten reageren. Echter door de vele acties blijven de actie hormonen te lang in ons lichaam en daardoro kan een opgejaagd gevoel ontstaan.

Rust en vooral Geestelijke rust is de tegenhanger van het gejaagde gevoel. We zijn tenslotte geen robot, die na een smeerbeurtje en een volle accu weer uren door kan gaan. Mensen van vlees en bloed kunnen heel lang doorgaan op hun batterij. Daar zorgen de stofjes Adrealine em Cortisol voor. Echter de overbelasting van ons systeem, doordat er continue adrealine in ons bloed zit put ons uit. We komen niet meer toe aan ons geestelijke stuk, om het emotionele stuk maar te vergeten.
